Vector Frequency Converter on Circular Knitting Machine

Vector frequency converter is an important part for motor AC control system. It can change revolving speed of motor through controlling frequency of output. Revolving speed can be regulated at a wide range. Start, stop and slow performance are set by parameters. Rapid and stationary can be realized and impact can be avoided. Circular knitting machine has more concise requirements for the control performance of frequency converter. In general, converter is connected with terminal to control on-off. The circular knitting machine has higher load during operation. So, in terms of control performance, converter is required to control higher low frequency torque caused by low frequency of motor. During operation, reversal and rotation of motor are not allowed, otherwise, needles on needle bed may be bended or broken. 
 
Requirements for vector frequency converter on circular knitting machine:
1. Circular knitting machine knits cotton yarns into tubular cloth. The equipment is stopped suddenly in common.
2. The converter should have inching performance so that motor can operate smoothly during operation. 
3. The converter should have high starting torque. 
4. The converter should have high working temperature.
